Notable Accolades:

Solid Snake just won THE upset of his career with taking down Sephiroth in the previous round -- now it's Cloud.
Cloud ended up winning the match with relative ease with winning by 5,256 votes.
To be fair? Perhaps now here we are 8 years later -- Snake just now could beat Cloud.

I believe this was the closest match of the 2010 tournament. Pokemon Trainer Red won by only 182 votes.
Ocelot wins against Jill Valentine in 2007 then loses to Jill in 2008 and here almost wins against Red.
I know it's weird to have two 2010 matches facing each other but, I was shocked this won against Morrigan/Spyro 2002.

Red vs Ocelot was what got me into the contests. And here we are, being so worried that I woke up 4am in the morning to see if RBY was still ahead of Undertale (when 6 hrs of match remained). Damn that was painful to watch.
