Doctor Strange started too slow imo and tried way too hard to be weird and mysterious. Black Panther felt like a straight up nother Marvel film. but with horrifically stand out, Star Wars prequels level bad CGI in scenes <_< --- The name is wackyteen* for a reason. I like it because it scratches a similar itch Thor 3 and Guardians does, where it covers more of the cool fictional locations in Marvel as opposed to just being set in New York. IMO Doctor Strange didn't showcase enough of the cool mystical shit. The reality bending stuff was awesome but to have the conflict mostly be fought with fisticuffs and magic swords was kinda lame.
