check the shower head. It could be moldy or filled with a bunch of build up. Try changing the shower head or cleaning it.

There are actually prescription deodorants you can request from the doctor if clinical strength versions aren't enough.
For the breath you need to floss every day and brush your tongue not just your teeth. Also, bad breath can be caused by digestion issues. Make sure you eat regularly and include fruits, veggies and carbs.
