But I think most people would agree that someone who is sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children is suffering from some level of psychiatric disorder, regardless of whether or not they also find adults sexually attractive. It could be a combination of certain qualities that draws somebody to be attracted or intrigued by prepubescent children, such innocence, youth, or vulnerability. Given they also have an outlet (a legal one I might add) for the purpose of fulfilling their sexual desires, I'd say they are of least concern as opposed to those that have primary or exclusive attraction to children.
