Was recently sent an email for a potential interview for a Sales Manager or Sales Executive position. Generally speaking, what do these two positions usually entail?

Usually am "ok" with speaking with new people, though an introvert at heart.

if you've never worked in sales before and they're offering you a sales job that says "manager" or "executive" in the title, this is very likely going to be a fishy position, possibly door to door sales or a call center
