I don't believe there is an afterlife for us when we die, but I'd like to. If there is more and we're given a choice, I would want reincarnation so I could live as a different person. Or since we prolly wouldn't get to remember anything (because our brains would start forming from scratch), maybe I'd end up living this life over and over again and there'd be no way of knowing. There's too many possibilities once you have the ability to believe, which, again, I do not.

But really, I think I'd want to either just fade away, or get a great big, warm, bed to snuggle into and sleep for eternity. Probably no dreams, just one of those nice comfortable, peaceful sleeps.

I've been really aware, since I was like 17, of the many, many moments in life that could branch off into several directions each. It's helped me make a few tough choices, but it's also caused me to over think my mistakes. I wonder what little things could've changed things drastically one way or another. Not so much regret, but just a 'what if' scenario where I'd figure out if I'd have eventually ended up in the same place in my life. It's interesting, but it's not something I can do before bedtime or I'll be awake just thinking.

Once we die there would be nothing, like the state before we were even born. You will only exist in other people's memories, pics, videos, etc. but even those would die/get lost eventually.

I used to think you'd reset from the point where you died, like if you died in a car crash den you reset to the point where da car barely misses you making you think "omg i literally almost died"
