He can hide behind the fact that his kids were involved which was why it forced Alex to say he was just playing a character. But this case is totally different as he doesn't have anything to gain from saying "lol it was just a prank brah", especially when his base is all about being Alpha's which is why he's going to fight tooth and nail against this lawsuit. If he wins, he can brag about how much of a man he is and if he loses he can say "the government is trying to silence me again!"
