His previous diet was exclusively chicken and broccoli. He's now going on the carnivore diet to combat the sense of dread he feels, particularly in the morning. Broccoli is definitely keeping him from safely processing his overwhelming amount of fame and critics.

My only major beef with Rogan is that every podcast has to shoehorn in some bro science keto memes. He gets a bigger quack on every week to try to validate it. It's to the point that an hour of each episode is spent wondering if all vegetables are actually bad for you.

He used to have more interesting guests on that would keep him from falling back into the same handful of conversation cycles.

I'm transgender and I hold some conservative views. It would be less to authority and more to a stab at the LGBT community. Of course, Blaire White already takes that title, but yeah.
