I'm asking this because my mother told me this morning while I was in the kitchen next to the living room that she saw a TV remote vanish and then after the 6th time of looking under the exact same sofa cushion, the TV remote was right in the middle of underneath the sofa cushion, and she told me she'd checked and felt under that same sofa cushion multiple times.

I was in the kitchen when she yelled to me that it just materialized on the 6th try of lifting up the same cushion, and the remote was right side up so it was very easy to see. I didn't hear anything.
