21 y/o Melon Butts, Destiny Stephens from Ontario, Canada claims she has the PERFECT BUTT after she transformed her "flat ass" into a Kardashian style booty without ever doing a single SQUAT!!

She started working out 5 years ago in an attempt to reduce her anxiety and although she did gymnastics and played volleyball, she never once went to the gym to work out..

But in the last 2 years she worked as a personal trainer and works out one to 2 times a day and 6-7 days per week...

She says "i'm still learning every single day how to better myself and help others! i can't stress it enough how consistency and patience is key"

She pursued a career in fitness and got her certification from CanFitPro, a canadian fitness education company where she larned how to target specific muscles and came up with a routine that sculpted her big booty that she wanted

Diet was key to getting that perfect butt where she swapped out carbs for protein and she reduced her body fat sigifnicantly. She ate a protein shake or a fruit and yogurt smoothie for breakfast plus 3 servings of chicken, vegetables and a source of complex carbs like sweet potato or brown rice

She does high intestiny interval training sessions for cardio..but not squats because it just gave her injuries. She uses a resistance band to perform a series of exercises that work her glutes followed by barbell hip thrusts, split squats and lunge kickbacks and deadlifts

Now that she has the perfect shape..she calls her new form the BUBBLE BUTT..
