The 22 y/o rape victim who was a student at a Boston University says she was raped by an MIT student in her dorm room in 2015 has now pleaded with the judge to SPARE the 22 y/o kid who raped her because he Deserves a SECOND CHANCE which has left the judge "baffled"!!

She appeared in court to address Judge Janet Sanders and her rapist, 22 y/o Samson Donick, a wealthy kid from a rich family to spare him prison that would involve community service and probation..that would also stop her from having to testify before a jury and to relive the attack.

He faces 10 years in prison if convicted for aggravateed rape after he BROKE INTO her dorm that night with the intent to commit felonly, burglary and indecent assault and bttery. He plead not guilty and that he was "looking forward" to the trial

The victim said "I have replayed it in my head every day since it happened. My wishes are to resolve this. I'ts been a very very hard time, not just for myself, but for my family. I'm a young 22 y/o, so is the defendeant. And i believe everyone deserves second chancdes in life. What he did to me will never, ever be Ok but i believe this life is short and that the opportunity to make up for it in different ways going forward is important to me"

Samson broke into her dorm that night and raped her when she was sleeping. When he ignored her pleas to stop after begging him, he called her "baby" and asked if she "wanted some more"

He and 2 other men that night were trying to find girls they knew before he entered the victim's room and began assaulting her. When she screamed, it prompted him to flee. She didn't report it to police right away but told friends and other students had reported male students entering their rooms that night.

Security footage caught him entering her room and him fleeing..

Judge Sanders is reluctant to accept the victim's statement because of the seriousness as she calls Samson a PRIVILEGED WHITE MAN and said that a privileged man like him should be treated just like the inner city black person with no privilege at all

The judge will decide next Tuesday if she will accept the plea deal to let him off with a slap on the wrist. As for Samson, he was thrown out of MIT and is BANNED FROM MASSACHUSETTS.
