And it baffles arv that people dont clean there places when theres showings. When there was a showing at arvs place arc cleaned up and made it look awesome and its not like these apartments are cheap they are like 1350 a month the people had 7 trash bags out the back door clothes all over arv doesnt think she knew they had a cat or children living there arv could tell she was embarrassed
