You'll get some nice biceps delts and lats. And you'll look stupid by having nothing else developed but that.

Do pull ups, push ups, abs and lunges, that will hit most of your body. But just pull ups alone won't do it.

You'll have nice back and forearm development. Upper arms won't get big unless you incorporate chinups with static holds or something, but even then you won't be working triceps unless you do a shitload of muscle-ups.

Core will be stronger but you won't get abs unless you put in some leg lifts L-sits or something like that (obv. diet will be a large factor as well).

Nothing for your chest or deltoids or legs.

Depends on how you do them. Strict pull-ups will target your lats and teres major. Youve got a couple of synergistic muscles that help initiate the movement and stabilize the body, but theyll never get much of a workout.
