not talking about tops with super hero prints on it. more like dressing up as one

nephew is 4years old in July and he still likes to wear this blue superman tshirt with a cape attached to the back.

isn't he a bit old for that shit. I don't want him to end up a dork. he seems to be really into superheroes and make believe character stuff. a bit too much I think. nothing wrong being into nerdy stuff but gotta have that balance.

he's turning out a bit soft imo

how do I make him get more into toy cars I buy him or sports like his dad (my bro)

should I give away his toys I have at my place and just leave him to play with only Lego and toy cars?

There is no such thing as too old, your best bet is to make sure he is prepared to deal with bullying in case he turns out weird.

4 is super young imo... seems fine to me. Let the child like what he likes. I'm getting bad toxic masculinity vibes from this topic.

This, 4 is still really young, let him like what he likes. If you buy him stuff he doesnt like, dont try to sabotage his actual interests just because you want him to like something else

In Dark Knight Returns he comes out of retirement in like his 60's after being done for 10 years

And 4 is young. TC is overreacting

how about the whole going soft thing

like sometimes he whines and has a sook over nothing or over things he wants. or he literally whimpers stuff like "I want mommy"

or he even says stuff like that when he is playing with his dinosaurs and stuff. pretending one of the baby dinosaurs is looking for his mommy.
