25 y/o Sarah Neeley from Ohio is a morbidly obese girl who has been addicted to food her whole life...but now she's on the track to losing weight as she was on a path to getting to 800 POUNDS...but she wasn't gonna go there..so she stopped before it's too late at 642lbs and had surgery to lose 260 POUNDS!

But something is missing in her life..LOVE..She's lived with her mom and has been trapped in the house as Barabara has to bathe and feed her but she can no longer do that as she's getting too old..

Sarah says she had to physically CRAWL up the STAIRS "like an animal" beccause it was too difficult to do it standing

She said "The life that i'm living right now is miserable and just walking hurts because of all the strain on my body". She was embarrassed to admit that the only reason she goes up is to BATHE..which her mom has to help her shower..It got so bad that her mother would be forced to bathe her with a TARP from the yard if he couldn't get up there.

Her only motivation was to go down the stairs to get FOOD that her mother has waiting for her..Barbara admits it was too much but says her daughter would BADGER her if she cut her meals

Sarah thought about food all day long as it took away her pain and misery..and she was the only one who is overweight among her siblings. When their parents divorced, she lived with her mother and she didn't have a lot of money so she would sneak second plates into her room behind her mother's back.

She was 200lbs at 8 years old and her mother didn't stop her eating habits despite breaking the rules..By 11 she was 345lbs and her mother was dating many men who were "emotionally abusive" which made her eat even more. By 16 she was almost 500lbs and she ended up dropping out of high school at 17 and got a job at a fast food place but she couldn't handle the physical demands of the job and quit.

It wasn't until now that she realized she had to lose weight and met with a doctor who gave her weight loss surgery and her sister, Heather agreed to fly to texas with her to do it as she was worried about getting on a plane. She got a wheelchair after getting off but needed to pay for 2 seats on the plane.

At the visit, she was put on a 1200 calorie diet and did daily exercises as she needed to lose 30lbs a month to quality for weight loss surgery..but her sister, Heather GAVE UP on her and left her on her own so her grandmother had to take over caring for her

But she did it she qualified for surgery and is now down to 393lbs after surgery..and she got a MAKEOVER because now she wants to join a dating site like OKCUPID and TINDER to find a man...her future is to start a family and in hopes aspire others to lose weight

Sarah has never had a boyfriend or on a date..but now she's desperate to make love...
