Basically office work or specialized work like doctor, dentist, construction worker, etc.. So I would assume the service industry is "fake". They probably take it as jobs meant for college kids to make some money and not something to do forever. I notice the "get a real job" line usually comes out when a customer is pretty upset also being a supervisor or manager at said service industry seems to elevate you above the "fake job". I work two jobs and can scale my weeks from 0 hours to 60 hours depending on how much time I've got, and I hear that all the time. "So when are you gonna get a real job?" Real job?
