Like a 16x HP Ice Dragon Sonia is going to be ridiculous if he skills aren't changed. She has a 15% chance to deal 10% of her max HP as additional damage every attack.

In addition, T8 Gears can have the SAME options at the same time, and you also can acquire
the SAME options upon reforging!
(For example, you can get a gear with 4 ATK options rather than ATK, ATK Spd, Crit,
Crit Chance)

It still get kicked from BD70 with some regularity. Level 80 sounds bad

Well remember the level cap will go up to 90 and at level 90 BD80 is going to be significantly easier

The gear changes are all basically aimed at people who spend hella $$$ since reforging will be way more important than ever and you are going to have to reforge a LOT to get even decent gear since a ton of the new options to the new gear are all trash.

In fairness the goalposts have been in the same place for a long time. When I first started playing, the player base was whining for new content and chapter 8 and that was almost 5 months ago.

Apparently it's been like 9+ months between new chapters when previously it was every few months

Man rip all my perfect/near perfect gears

What is good though is that now fire dragon gear becomes a little more viable due to being able to get mana recovery options.

Whats annoying is that min maxing is significantly harder if its still all rng based.

i wasn't really into the endgame or meta at all, but something about this pending update kinda took the wind out of my sails

Yeah I get that, I've kinda just been treading water recently too. I haven't done a Dragon Raid in literally 3-4 weeks. I've basically just been knocking out most of my dailies and that's it.

It may be because I haven't progressed at all recently though, I'm sat on a pile of UW selectors and Arena points so I could like get someone a 3-4* UW instantly (my highest right now is 1*). But I've been waiting to fully commit to someone and I'm sure this update will change things

Hopefully this update brings about some more interesting things for me.

RIP my dailies today. Game went down at 2pm today for maintenance and won't be back up until 2am after day change.

I'm getting Scarlet tomorrow and probably purchasing Yanne after. Was waiting for transcendence event to do it.

How are people's level progress coming. I have 2 at 88, 2 at 86, 1 at 85 and about 1800 of the 125k pots (i.e. enough to get 1 person 80 > 90)

I have one at 81 and three in the mid 70s with no pots. But I haven't been playing that long

My main four are at 90. My secondary account has them at like 88. However, Ive been using a warrior to tank and thats not working with the changed now so I have to raise up a knight during transcendence event.

It's probably not working because you're missing oodles of stats from not having 5* T8 gear

Warriors no longer have base toughness. Its probably the difference between squeaking by 8-1 and not.

That said on my main Im getting close to clearing it on normal but I dont think Ill he able to finish 8-26 until I get better gear.

Dragon 80 is hard as balls. I had to manual and use Gau to get consistent wins with my guild earlier.

Also the new gear options make getting optimal gear nigh on impossible now. The pool is too bloated. Even getting a good 3/4 piece will be difficult.

Upside is that now farming Fire Dragon instead of Black Dragon isn't detrimental (outside less dragon coins and possibly longer to kill) as you can gear the sets to come out identical. And Fire Dragon is vastly easier to kill than Black Dragon due to way less health.

I can see me being able to solo FD80 in the near future. I cannot see me being able to solo BD80 in the near future as I'm going to need almost fully upgraded T8 gear

I don't even want to farm dragons at all. I'm not strong enough to hold my own in Lvl80 groups and need to leech and can't deal with being kicked out of a billion parties.

And if I want to do 70Dragons to make my gear better, well that's fucked too because now it's impossible to even get good gear from them with the changes.

I know the best option is to just get Nox and Macro the level 70 dragons, but screw that, that's so lame.

I got lucky and got a few rounds in with lvl 80 BD. One guy had a Yanne with 4* UW that was doing 20+ mil dps to the thing.

Got a Orb with Crit/Atk Speed/Life steal/Atk and Scale Armor with Atk/Crit/Atk Spd/Mp Recovery Atk. I'll take it, but it is going to be tough to find good groups for this
