hella cheap yo. solid place to live. people are generally very nice. there are some nice areas to live like summerlin. nice hangout areas in summerlin where you can find solid happyhour spots and restaurants. going to the strip is too hectic and expensive to do on the regular, but occasionally its fun. summers get blazing hot, spring and fall are great weather. Winters are not bad at all, just strong winds, rain. A shit ton of homeless people and panhandlers on every intersection. Generally a lack of culture though compared to california. California is rich with culture, people, food, etc. Living wise tho u get a great bang for your buck.

barely more expensive(on average) than where I currently reside but has way better weather and more shit to do

i was out there for a few days for the first time back in january and it's fucking sweet

i mean how cool would it be to live maybe a mile from the strip or something where you're close enough that an uber is cheap (or even walking distance) but far enough that you don't have to deal with loud drunk tourists

i looked up apartment rates too and yeah it's cheap as fuck
