They're not precise timing at all. It's spaced out such that you can almost just mash the jump button. You have to give a small pause after landing a jump but that's it.

That guy also needs better capture software, that was like 10 frames a second.

Im pretty sure you mena that last bit, you just need to redo the dash jump cause the paltforms are spaced out perfectly for the distance, not kaizo at all lol.

I found the poison piranha plant more challenging and Darker Side much more challenging.

Just FYI if you do this you'll miss the 3rd or 4th jump. You need a small pause after landing or at least pause after every other jump.

I know your make, OP. Seems like quite a few people nowadays have picked up this habit of treating everything like it's the biggest deal that's ever been. Nothing's just cool, it's all AMAZING. Nothing's lukewarm, it's either FREEZING or it's BURNING THEM ALIVE.

"I had this coffee from the gas station earlier, it was AMAZING! But it was so hot, it was LITERALLY BURNING ME ALIVE!! Then I put it down for a minute, and when I came back to it, it was already FREEZING! Fuck my life."

It's such a lazy way to make it seem like you have anything interesting to say. No, this isn't some kaizo shit. It's not even particularly difficult shit. Just because you're not good at it doesn't make it kaizo. I'd love to see you try kaizo Mario, though. Upload a vid of that. Now that would be a quality thread.

I got every single moon in Dark Side on the first or second attempt except for Moon 4, including the vanishing path one without the scooter (just use the same long jump strategy that you use for koopa racing)

No, they aren't. Maybe if you don't use long jump running, then yes. Or if you don't use the alternate moon path to skip the tanks.

Use basic Koopa Racing skills and it's not hard at all. Plus, there's actually room for error.

Hmm, I could have sworn I tried that but only rolling seemed to work. Maybe I got unlucky and kept faceplanting on the climbing parts.

Also, as someone said I also had trouble with the piranha plant moons lol.

Rolling is slower than long jumping over time. Considerably, actually.

The piranha moon is easier than it seems, too. You only have to kill the three big ones at the end. Use a butt stomp jump and you'll get high enough to kill them. The middle one can easily be killed by using the ledge next to it. Also if you need more life, grab the hidden star to recharge it to 3/3.

That was probably the hardest one (or at least the one I failed at the most) I've come across so far.

After finally getting it I immediately went back in for the second moon and got that one on my first try.

Edit: Actually watched the video. Yeah, that one wasn't bad, it was grabbing the key and staying up top that gave me wayyy more trouble.

I told you. Vanishing road is a piece of cake if you run using long jumping instead of rolling. I literally beat it on the first attempt.

The only one of those that's even remotely difficult is Darker Side, and it still only took me half the tries to complete as the moon in the op.
