46 y/o Heifer, Claudia Ackley is SUING the state of California because they won't recognize her sighting of seeing BIGFOOT after officials said she just saw a BEAR!!

She's suing the California Dept of Fish and Wildlife to get it to recognize bigfoot, an enormous humanoid creature allegedly seen by other whackos like her who claim it's an actual species!!

The Bug Eyed Woman has her first hearing on Monday when she claims last year while out hiking with her 2 daughters, aged 11 and 14 near Lake Arrowhead, she says they were with their dog when one of her daughters saw something that made her freeze in her tracks.

She said she saw an ALPHA MALE SASQUATCH at her from behind a tree and her daughtert took a video where she says "I swear to God...Mom?"

Claudia says "I swear to God, on my life, we ran into a Sasquatch"

She called the Dept and an investigator was sent out to where the video was taken and said she just saw a bear but Ackley says "My daughters have seen bears. They're not scared of bears"

This isn't the first time she's seen bigfoot either as she also saw him in WASHINGTON STATE in 2014 but it was a small 5 ft tall bigfoot back then.

She says "They're supposed to be there to protect the public. They're not doing their jobs. If i can save one life, it will be worth it. I realized at that point, looking at the creature, there's so much of life that we don't know. life is so beautiful and i'm wasting my years. I lost 125lbs and decided to get a DIVORCE..it motivated to chase my dreams and live my life".

Michael Shermer, a professor and author says she needs more than just eyewitnesses to win as she can't sue a state to protect a species if you can't prove the species exist.

Claudia is determined to prove it to be real and said "If you think you can intimidate me after being face to face with an 800lb creature? well you don't"
