Now they are super careful with injuries and the concussion protocol and everything where they sit guys for long stretches. Then expect to turn it on come playoff time. They don't get the same chemistry going. Better than having Bird with a bad back and Reggie Lewis dying though I guess but players change teams so much it's more about the players health. Most of these guys aren't even going to be with the celtics that late in their careers. They miss Marcus Smart the most imo. If Tommy Heinsohn had his way he'd still be running other teams into the ground. We are the heart of New England. Nah. Everyone comes to NH when they want to buy things or have actual fun. no, it's the opposite. Who the fuck would want to shop in Taxachusetts? Or go skiing on their two mountains? Not to mention the terrible gun laws. The only people that like Mass are the bloated parasites that feed off the state. We have spirit and are proud to let it known. We have unity of each other when the time is needed. We believe in balance and have proven that with a track record of Republican governors with Liberal legislation. We have the best schools and education forces in the nation. Our non-profits are heavily active and have great backing by the representatives. The history from Bunker Hill to the south end. The fact that most of Boston was built upon landfill. The state is truly a spectacle. Imagine caring about anything from 1700. Imagine pretending MA is remotely conservative. Imagine being proud of being obnoxious assholes. Imagine being proud of corporations that have nothing to do with your state. We wouldn't have elected Baker if we didn't believe in balance. We wouldn't have elected Romney if we didn't believe in balance. Even Polito, who was ultra-conservative at one point, mellowed down and made an amazing breakthrough for balance. It's great. I have a guy in my class who wears a MAGA hat some times (unironically) and me being trans, I have had a few talks with him without any fights erupting.
