Do you think this woman should be PUBLICLY named to ensure the integrity of the lottery corporation isn't rigged??

A judge has ruled on Monday that an anonymous Jane Doe who hit the daily double of 560 MILLION on Powerball in New Hampshire is allowed to keep her ANONYMITY..but NOT HER HOMETOWN!!

Judge Charles Temple said that they came to agreement after the case rested on the state's "Right To Know" law that governs access to public records on lotto wintters.

She sued the New Hampshire Lottery Commission for her right to remain private because she doesn't want to become a statistic of past winners who have went into a spiral of misery and DEATH because their names were public..

She said the alarming amount of harassment, solicitation and unwarranted "communications" also contributed to her remain being anonymous

He said she met her burden by showing that her privacy interest outweighs public's interest in disclosing her name in the country's 8th largest jackpot

But he that nothing in his order could be interpreted to prevent the lottery commission or its employees from "processing, maintaining or accessing Ms Doe's ticket in the normal course of b usiness"

She signed her ticket on January 6th drawing but later learned from lawyers that she could have shielded her identity by writing the name of a trust

She went BALLISTIC after learning that when she gave up her anonymity by signing the ticket..so she established the "Good Karma Family Trust of 2018"

The Lottery corporation fought back by stating that revealig her name ensures the public's interest that she is a "bona fide" participant and "real winner" that was not persuasive or suspicious on the corporations part

In the end, they handed over 264 million smackers to her lawyers, the amount after taxes were deducted.

She was going to give 150,000 to Girls Inc and 33,000 a piece to 3 chapters of End 68 hours of hunger in the state.

The only information noted was that she was from Southern New Hampshire but won't say where exactly.

Do you think this woman should be PUBLICLY named to ensure the integrity of the lottery corporation isn't rigged??
