Looking at it, its like too hard to do with all the notes that i should follow. My diet is more like:

-eat less, but never starve
-all fruits and vegetables are ok
-no junk food except sundays
-water, black coffee and juice only
-too lazy to totally cut off carbs lol

I've been doing it for a week now. It's not hard at all.

1630 calories, 110g protein, 50g carbs, 110g fat a day. I have an office job and work out 2-3 times a week.

Getting into any new routine can be hard but it becomes habit once you do it for a while.

Its incredible how fast you burn fat once in ketosis.

Don't worry about it then. The recent keto hype is like the flat earth of nutrition.

Meme diets work for a very narrow range of people.

Eat less garbage.
Space out your meals.
Get protein in with each meal so you don't find yourself getting hungry too quickly.
Treat yourself infrequently.

I've been following those rules for months now and I've been losing fat consistently the whole time. I'm not burning it off at a manic pace, but it's steady and it doesn't feel like a diet.

Nope. I dont do either. I just eat one meal a day sometime between 4-8.

I consume nothing else outside that window other than water and black coffee.

Look into intermittent fasting. There are several protocols that people do.

16/8: 16 hours fasting/ 8 hour eating window. Basically just skip breakfast.

20/4: This is the warrior diet. Pretty similar to the 16/8, but just with a shorter window.

OMAD: One Meal A Day. this is mine. Literally one meal a day. I do a bit of a combo between this and the warrior diet since its damn near impossible to eat at the same time every day. I just eat one meal, but I eat it sometime during my four hour window.

ADF: Alternate day fasting. Eat normal one day, then eat nothing at all the next.

Keto is just high fat, a good portion of protein, and very low carbs and cals. I plan on starting it actually, have been thinking about it since December but I think I'm finally making the plunge after spring break.

You can absolutely workout with doing IF! Most people do. Im just a lazy fuck.

Hugh Jackman did IF when he was cutting for his Wolverine role.

Hershel Walker has been doing one meal a day for 20 years.

Joe Rogan does IF too.

Of course, theres a plethora of non-celebrities that work out while doing IF.

Some YouTube channels I recommend on IF with people that lift while fasted:

Keto is pretty good once you get past the 3 days. Getting food should be no issue since it's just some veggies, lots of meat and fats.

It also makes you alert and active for longer because you're not burning carbs.

But be careful once you get off, because you will gain a bit of weight very quickly after. Couple of kilos at the most.

With the fruit juice, you may as well be drinking soda with all that sugar. The body doesn't process it the same way as when it's in solid form.

Keto is awesome. Most fruits, many vegetables, beans, grains of any kind, and fiber has actually been bad for you this whole time. You need to eat less of those things in favor of a more red meat, cheese, and oil based diet.

Some doctors have been recommending it in the area. It's a bit expensive, since there are a bunch of vitamins and specially made products they schedule in for you, but the results tend to be very, very good if you stick to the plan.
