I don't have a news source on it because this comes from a more direct source: a friend of a friend who lives in Venezuela.

The friend says she witnessed a man fighting a dog over the contents of a trash can the other day. Allegedly, the workers are becoming too weak to work. I don't know how but word on the street in Venezuela is they expect to mount a coup before the end of the year.

I did a quick google search and articles saying a Venezuelan coup is unlikely are all dated Q3 2017, where this info is less than a week old.

Reliability is of course to be questioned but from the sound of things they're well overdue.

Actually, on closer inspection, a few more recent articles further down the page (wait what) don't seem as doubtful... But also no sites I recognize.
