Humanities-

Go to a liberal website, summarize the nonsense they write about Patriarchy, white privilege, and feminism. That's your thesis statement.

Search your colleges library for any peer reviewed journal or essay about the above topics.

Quote from all of them and use them as support for your thesis as body paragraphs.

Conclude by restating your thesis in a different way.

This should take about 2 hours per 1000 words for your essay and it's pretty much a guaranteed A in any humanitites course.

Just try to make every sentence thought provoking in some way. Several times I made 90/100 on essays that were supposed to use sources. I cited no sources, but it was well written so I still got a good grade.

Also listening to boss music from video games helped me a few times. This one in particular.

find a bunch of different articles to quote from and just pick things out of context so it makes it look like they support your argument. And then write a paragraph around each quote.

No professor is gonna check each citation unless it's like a 400 level class with 5 other classmates or something.

All of what I said and this.

As dumb as it is, use the hamburger outline method. Just come up with your 3 main points, elaborate on each, have a transition sentence between them, then smooth out an intro and conclusion from there. Knowing what you're supposed to be writing in each paragraph saves a lot of struggle.

Thanks for the serious response, I should have expected textbook clown response from CE users, christ.
That being said, I don't know if what you said adds anything new I, I'm well aware on how to write essays, just have trouble getting them in in less than 2 days.

Do outlines save a lot of time? I've never tried that in my 2 years of college >__>

Outlines are the only way I get through serious writing. I spend the first couple of days just outlining and re outlining.

What level of class? What are the parameters?

You should have access to peer reviewed articles, of which you can do a search on (many colleges/classes require sources to be peer reviewed). If you already know a bit about what you'll be writing about, do a search within those articles for key words. Find plenty of sources of which you can quote---this can easily take up a page total (double spaced) or more. But don't over quote. Be reasonable.

1. Do an hour of reading/researching articles for your sources. During this time, you should be documenting your sources on your Bibliography page all while saving the quotes you wish to use. There are online programs that will help you create your Bibliography page in your professor's desired format.

2. Start writing as you normally would (thesis, quotes & commentary, and the conclusion with a suggestion of further research).
