Im making a note here: HUGE SUCESS. Its hard to overstate my satisfaction.

So last week I did my first 48 hour fast. From Wednesday night to Friday night. Today I checked the scale and Ive lost 3.6 lbs since last Monday. Mondays are my official weekly weigh ins. Ive been doing OMAD since October 16th and Ive had a lot of success with it. But the past few weeks I kept bouncing back and forth with the same 3 lbs. I finally broke through that.

In total Im down 39 lbs!

Intermittent Fasting diary

Day 21) November 6: 218lbs

Absolutely! Intermittent fasting in general is the best diet Ive ever tried.

Today I put on my skinny pants for the first time in years. They were in the back of the closet, but for some reason I hung on to them all this time. I tried them on a while back and I couldnt even zip them up. Today I put them on and not only could I zip it up AND button it, but I could also fit my fist inside the waistband!

I never thought Id wear these pants again!

Seems like the type of diet where you gain the weight back immediately after you stop

Unless you plan on fasting for the rest of your life

Thats the plan with any diet. You cant take on a diet then stop when the weight is gone. Your old habits is what got you in this predicament in the first place.

I have completely come to terms with this is how I will have to live for the rest of my life.
