No, the "half seasons" are the new full seasons. It won't impact the number of planned episodes, 80 I think it was, just means more seasons of the show. Looks good on paper, all those seasons, I guess.

Note I said "basically", and I base this off the fact that the first two seasons are 13 episodes each (accounting that the very first episode is basically three mashed together). I'm aware that the show is meant for a specific number of episodes, not seasons.

I don't knock this strategy, as it means we get new content more frequently.

I'm definitely more of a bigger season is fine even if longer waiting time kinda guy but I see the merit in frequent releases
