Walked too fast and sprained my ankle and fell to the ground, got a scraped knee too. Can't put any weight on the foot. Funnily tho, the last people I went home to is a couple but we take care of the man, the wife does not have dementia or anything, and she is a retired nurse, so she insisted to bandage my foot, I said she doesn't have to but she demanded it haha, feels better tho.

Lucky I didn't have my painted nails anymore >_>

might want to have it checked out at the doctor, even when i left it alone to heal. it never healed right and i ended up having a weak ankle for well over 10-15 years.

i don't really wish this to happen to anyone else.

I don't think I sprained it that bad tho. But I'm thinking about getting it checked tomorrow if I still can't put weight on it.

Maybe I should take painkillers. I wanna see how much I can handle before taking. I'm at only a painscale of 5 of 10 atm (that's resting), if I move my foot wrong then I get spikes of 9.

I nearly died looking at that. Ive been washing my eyes out for the past 2 hours. I do not have any interest in feet that belong to any one other than pale 16+ year old cis-girls. And even then the feet must be beautiful.

it's definitely a good idea, though on the advil or tylenol cant take it longer than 3 days or else there's a side effect of a medication headache (happened to me before).

What's fucked up are those corporate doctors,. You need to straight up PROVE you're screwed and even if you ARE, there no guarantee you can, at least honestly. I had perfect rotary motion when my shoulder was out, and that didn't help my case when I was getting frozen shoulder. The only reason I was able to continue working was because I saw a chiropractor behind their back.

Their only job is to make sure you go back to work as fucked up as you are. They will only do anything if you are without a doubt, totally fucked up. In other words, you need to get WORSE before anything is done.

My adage is "nip it in the bud" because realistically, it saves you, and the company, precious money and time.

Wouldn't that cause less blood flow? More blood flow would increase inflammation.

Yes....just fuck it up more and make yourself more useless to them. This must be a method of cost-cutting because it makes absolutely no damn sense.

Think about it....they are more after the good workers who make more money so they can use cheaper help.

The person in your place is probably as much an entry level as they come. Or they can run minus one without anything going noticeably wrong.
