...I just learned today that my dad's uncle was on the team of scientists that developed canola oil. I already knew he'd invented some spray they put on apples to ship them overseas, but how this one never came up until now is weird. My mind was blown, because it's such a widely used thing. It's pretty cool to be related to one of the guys that created it.
