I got them off Tuesday morning and I feel fine. Still have stitches in my mouth and I hope I haven't developed dry socket (how would I even get that with stitches covering up the "holes" btw?????).

You could probably at least try to eat solid foods now. Don't go full bore and eat like you regularly do though. If there's pain when chewing stop and wait a couple more days
