So women should face no consequences for lying about sexual assault? They make people take the subject less seriously.

I feel like they should face a jury full of people who have been sexually assaulted. Let them decide the punishment on that subject.

Girl the wife knows when out of town, got drunk, cheated on her boyfriend. Woke up, realized what she did, called the cops and said rape. Fucked the dude over royally and then decided to fess up and tell the truth. Nothing happened. Literally nothing.

No, if he's found not guilty then its the courts fault for not proving it.

I'm talking about actual allegations that are then said to have been false later on.
