A lot of people dislike Death Proof, but I love it sooo much.

You must see Reservoir Dogs as well, it's fantastic

Theyre all good, but had to give it to Pulp Fiction. Piecing the timeline together is half the fun.

Pretty sure my grandparents told me that they walked out of the theater lol

Tarantino movies don't make the first bit of sense to me. Still... Pulp Fiction is the most quotable movie of all time, so that.

I love pretty much everything about Kill Bill. Django in second, though it's not perfect.

Reservoir Dogs is good but depressing.

Pulp Fiction is good, but not my fav. It's a little too extreme to just casually watch it.

Inglorious Basterds I didn't really like overall except for a few scenes that were pretty good.

Haven't see the rest.

I simply can't decide between Django, Pulp and Basterds.

I kind of hated Death Proof. I didn't even manage to make it through half the movie before giving up on it. Jackie Brown didn't interest me in the least. The rest I thoroughly enjoyed.

Django Unchained is an actual Tarantino movie? I thought it was only endorsed by him or some other magical PR phrase, or am I mixing it up with another movie then?

If Tarantino films don't make sense to you, stick to easier movies(yuck, yuck, yuck). But seriously, "Jackie Brown" is fantastic, IMO. They all good, but that one is the most indulgent insofar as music is concerned. Personally, I don't enjoy much film unless it's coordinated with music, so that one is pretty much tops for me.

Oh man, the scene where Max meets Jackie and "Natural High" by Bloodstone plays... That's the stuff.

Wonderful choice! It's one of my favorite movies of all time. I regret not including it to this topic, but I decided to only include ones he both wrote and directed.

Jackie Brown is my favorite, and I've seen everything he's touched.

That being said, almost everything he's done since Kill Bill is amazing. Basterds and Hateful Eight are some of the best stuff he's ever done...

He usually always perfects the connection between his film and the music in it. But Jackie Brown clearly does this flawlessly. Easily his best film

It's such a romantic film even though it involves two characters who purposely keep a distance from each other...their silences and the things they don't say are what makes it so special.

It's also Tarantino's most mature film imo. A lot of critics hated on the film when it first came out, claiming Tarantino went away from the 'intensity and action', but those critics clearly didn't have the patience to let the story evolve by itself. Jackie Brown doesn't tell you what's going on...you have to watch the characters and listen to their conversations to follow the story.

Id probably say Kill Bill

I just cant view the guy the same way after what he said on Howard Stern. Dude straight up defended Roman Polanski for drugging and raping a 13 year old girl

Death Proof is awful. The last ~15 minutes are cool, but pretty much the entire rest of the movie is people talking about irrelevant, boring shit.

It's tough, but it's between Jackie Brown or Death Proof for me. I love all of his feature films. I honestly wasn't that thrilled on Inglorious Basterds, though.

Honorable mention to Kill Bill and Pulp Fiction, but I've seen those both a lot at this point.

Jackie Brown was his worst film imo-- total nonsense aside from a few of Deniro's scenes.
