If you've ever done warehouse/stock work that's a plus. 2. Customer service skills/experience. 3. Charm. Be charming AF. You'll be spending a LOT of time talking to customers, and you want to be able to impress upper management. 4. Gaming/tech knowledge. Be knowledgeable about headsets, consoles, a good portion of games, and some collectibles (Funko Pop is huge rn) If you've ever been in management before, that'll help a bunch. I powered my way through with almost none of that except charm.
