Start having more meaningful conversations with her. Step 4. Ask if she wants to hang out. Be cool about it... don't ask "Do you want to be my gf" or "Do you want to go on a date". Think of an activity or restaurant, etc. that you like and ask her to go there with you. Step 5. Be aware of any connection you are having with her. Is it just a regular friendship or do you notice anything flirty/romantic? Step 6. If the latter, then go for a kiss at the end of a date (NOT necessarily the first one). Step 7.
