How is that possible? I've been to my uncle's wedding, my grandpa's wedding, and my friend's wedding. I'm 29.

My sister outright refuses to get married, my brother hasnt had a boyfriend in years and my friends wedding last year was interstate and I had work. Also my cousins who have gotten married did it when I was younger and they made them adults only events.

not really, big weddings aren't that common anymore, people try to keep things close-knit

i'm 25 and i've been to two, but one really didn't count

I know people will say this is weird but I dont believe in romantic love. I believe in love in terms of loving a friend, loving a pet, loving a hobby etc but the whole only one for me, soul mate stuff, I just dont believe in it. Every long term couple I know pretty much hate each other or they are fighting most of the time. And every couple I know has fallen apart. Literally every couple I know who have been together for 10+ years hate each other.

Now that I think about it, I've only been to one wedding myself (my uncle's wedding)

So far I've been to 2 normal weddings, a thai wedding (in bangkok) and a hippie wedding at a music festival. The last one was hilarious because it was my aunts wedding and she invited grandma, who was quite mortified by the naked beach goers a few hundred feet away.

Oh and at the buffet reception some dude showed up in a napkin and string loincloth.

Why would it be bad? I've only been to two weddings, one in the audience and one as a groomsman. They're boring as fuck and usually expensive, especially if you're in it. Rather have been involved in 0 weddings.

I probably been attending like 8 weddings a year between high school friends, fraternity brothers, and friends at my country club.

At least weddings generally have booze.

We made sure when we did a celebration of life for my dad we did it at a facility with a bar. People really enjoy talking about loved ones and friends after lunch and a few drinks.
