and why not try to make lagers and ipas that you think are good, if you're a brewer. we have good IPAs because they aren't traditional IPAs (one is a black DIPA, one is a Caribbean imperial IPA) as far as lagers go, ive just never liked lagers to begin with they're too light, i dont like the mouthfeel, and they're just boring tastewise ... traditional ipa meaning what, not english?
