I've had 4 jobs since I got out of college. All of them were as I stated above. I've always had really laid back managers, other than once and I quit that place after 3 months. I wasn't the only one that wanted to quit either, I was just the only one that could afford to. No exaggeration, quite literally everyone hated that lady and I heard fairly recently that she got fired.
