Yeah I buy paper plates sometimes but hardly ever get plastic forks or spoons.

Im always so paranoid that I will accidentally throw out a piece of silverware when I use just paper plates

I have a dishwasher but never use it. Washing up is really not a big deal.

If you rinse your dishes off immediately after using them, it cuts out most of the work. Even if you don't wash them right away, at least you won't have to scrape shit off

Problem is, after work I hardly feel like cleaning my mess after I cook dinner. So I often have double the crap to clean every day :o

i just load the dishwasher as i dirty them and start it when it's full.

emptying a dishwasher takes maybe 10-15 minutes tops, throw on some music in the background and it feels more like 5.

Dishes are basically the bane of my existence. I can't clean the rest of my house if the kitchen isn't clean. The kitchen is my base for all cleaning missions.

There's two fucking people in this house. I don't understand how we constantly have half a dozen dirty plates, fork, spoons and upwards of six thousand glasses. Why do we even HAVE that many dishes.

I like to do cooking prep as far ahead of time as I can, which I think creates a problem. I have a bunch of ingredients on separate dishes and bowls.

Cooking a curry? Pan for the the main curry, pot for rice, blender, individual small dishes for spice blends, a bowl of chopped onion and garlic, measuring cups and measuring spoons, knives for chopping. In mere minutes the kitchen is fucked again. By the time we eat and watch Jeopardy, don't feel like doing dishes before bed.

Wake up, need to quickly make breakfast. There's another dirty pan. A coffee up. Another fork.
