I'd imagine most people who went in blind had trouble early in the game considering you start with no equipment and very little guidance. The enemy damage output and how that's balanced with Link's upgrades in armor and health is way off though. Mistakes punish you far more in Breath of the Wild when you're first beginning but the game does get much easier very quickly as you upgrade your armor and progress through the Divine Beasts. So like $40 a year over it's lifespan. Nintendo lifespans are kinda all over the place but you can expect roughly $40 a year over it's life most likely, if not under due to its lower launch price. Let alone if you get one now when the PS4 has gone on sales for less than half of it's launch price. Getting both now would be $550, only $50 more than the Xbox One cost at launch for 2 consoles, with the PS4 being the notably more powerful of the two.
