I always thought it was 15% but lately I'm hearing it is supposed to be 20%?

I just give whatever I have handy. I don't think about it too much. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's not much at all. Luck of the draw and all that.

My baseline is 18%, so most people get this.

If you were terrible, you get 15%. If you were exceptional, you get 20% or more.
