it's funny considering most of the school shootings have been caused by kids with no criminal records and just happened to have such easy access to purchasing a gun to vent their short-term immature feelings of hate and depression

Why don't we address the problem these kids are having? Are they being bullied? Are they properly medicated? Or, are there negative side effects to these medications?

I mean, can anyone here really say their High School experience was positive? Or were there just people that treated you like trash?

You can't change human nature. But you can change what else you can control.

The problem with this age group is that their brains aren't even fully developed yet. I think a fair compromise is to up the age limit on more extreme firearms.

I do think, they still have the right to carry regular handguns, however. I think a woman 18-21 has a right to conceal carry when there is the threat of rape.

things like bullying are everywhere, universal and all over the world. You can't get rid of it. It's like saying 'oh, let's just eliminate mental illness from everyone.'
You can't change human nature. But you can change what else you can control.

I mean, parents can step their game up and teach their children right from wrong. The parents should know what a High School environment is like and strictly teach them that any bullying is wrong, and they should step up their game. The schools could also step up their game by offering a zero tolerance policy on bullying or harassment.

I never said give teachers guns like was stated on Fake News @CNN & @NBC. What I said was to look at the possibility of giving concealed guns to gun adept teachers with military or special training experience - only the best. 20% of teachers

So ignoring that idiotic and false claim that 20% of teachers have special training, he only wants those with special training to get the guns. Not hand them out willy nilly. That would be insane. Why don't our general gun laws reflect that perfectly reasonable position? Only those trained to handle one can have one.
