I thought the sun caused the moon to light up, but somehow the moon stays lit even after the sun is no longer up. Glow in the dark rocks?

You can see the moon in the day all the time, but you never see the sun at night.

Makes me wonder what's really going on up in the sky that they're not telling us about.
