I don't have a problem with it. If the answer to the question "does said person improve the team?" is a "yes" then that's all that matters. I don't care about gender, race, sexual orientation etc. Winning is all that matters.

They aren't banned, they could play in the NFL if they were good enough, but seeing as its a big deal when they even make a college team we are still a long ways off for it to equal out so to speak

In what way? It's equality

It would be equal, but it would just mean women in physical sports would basically become non existent.

It's not like sports are in any way about equality in the first place, at the end of the day sports leagues exist as entertainment media for profit.

While there is a niche for it, women sports leagues are already vastly less popular then men ones, the reason is because they are almost always less physically impressive to watch, but they exist because there is a niche that want to watch it.
