Those ones where you have to spend 15 minutes creeping after a character who walks slower than a 90 year old with rheumatoid arthritis and stops every 10 seconds to examine something or turn around suddenly. There's rarely any skill involved other than learning the exact pattern of this entire tedious mission and all the times the character will spot you.

This is why I'm not a huge fan of Assassin's Creed.

Even better is when you have to stealth through the entire thing and they have terribly placed checkpoints.
