Some of them also reach a point where they understand what they've done to their bodies bordering into deformity, but they've reached a point of no return with their health. There are mainstream bodybuilders who spent so much time juiced up for competitions that their testicles stopped producing their own testosterone and for health reasons they get stuck taking hormone replacement permanently. Look up Flex Wheeler. Although for the two men in the video, it looks more like they have an issue with synthol use rather than just juicing. That level of deformity is not what typically happens when someone bulks up on hormone injections.
