There becomes a point where you shouldn't be worried about a child being felt left out, and I believe that point is reached when Dave has to give fatass Bob a trading card with a mushy inscription so that he isn't sad when he only gives one to the pretty girl who sits next to him in math class.

I was just reading an article the other night about how students have to accept anyone that asks them to a Valentine's dance so as to not hurt their feelings. Now that's ridiculous. I would even go so far as to say it is problematic.
