places? There are times when fast food employees are so incompetent AND rude that I sometimes want to say mean things including racist things and also throw a cup of soda at their face but just curious if we can get in trouble if they report it to the police. I know these POS who don't care about their job are working at a minimum wage job but they should do the absolute minimum which is just give me my damn food and if they fuck up my order just nod their head when I ask nicely for them to fix the problem instead of being a rude pos. I only had this kind of feeling like 5 times ever in my life but I want to know this info cause it might come in handy.

Thought so....

As I made my way back from school one day during the first week, I was stopped at a stoplight in Isla Vista when I saw two hot blonde girls waiting at the bus stop. I was dressed in one of my nice shirts, so I looked at them and smiled. They looked at me, but they didnt even deign to smile back. They just looked away as if I was a fool. As I drove away I became very infuriated. It was such an insult. This was the way all girls treated me, and I was sick and tired of it. In a rage, I made a U-turn, pulled up to their bus stop and splashed my Starbucks latte all over them. I felt a feeling a spiteful satisfaction as I saw it stain their jeans. I then quickly speeded away before they could catch my license plate number.

How dare those girls snub me in such a fashion! How dare they insult me so!I raged to myself repeatedly. They deserved the punishment I gave them. It was such a pity that my latte wasnt hot enough to burn them. Those girls deserved to be dumped in boiling water for the crime of not giving me the attention and adoration I so rightfully deserve! This incident soured my first week of college, but for the sake of all of my hopes and dreams, I tried to forget about it.

Don't wanna be too similar now do you TC? lol...

Wtf that shit is real? I don't think I ever got to that level of anger except maybe the 2 or 3 times in my life and it was when I was before high school and was actually provoked physically, not just imagining it

You can say whatever youd like. Thats not illegal. Saying mean and racist things are protected by free speech.

However, throwing soda or any other object at them is assault. Youll get arrested. If you said racist things, they could also use it to charge you with a hate crime.

TLDR, say whatever you like, refrain from throwing/touching.

Either you keep going to the same fast food place and have shitty service, so I wonder why you still go there.

Or you have this problem at multiple locations, in which case the common problem is you.

Lady was fucking awful. She's this ~60 year old that works at a college Tim Hortons and was the most miserable person I've ever met. I bought a soup, which normally comes with a roll. I looked in, there was no roll. I ask for it and she says "we're out". I say "give me one of the sandwich rolls". She answers, I shit you not, "no, those cost more" in the most bitchy tone I've ever heard. I absolutely went off on her and didnt leave until a different employee gave me a roll and apologized.

Fuck that lady. She thankfully isnt there any more but fuck her.

No, they're not. America's free speech laws apply to government censorship. Saying mean or racist things can have the speaker charged under America's 'Fighting Words Doctrine' of 1942. "Fighting words", true threats and incitement to imminent lawless action are not protected under the First Amendment.

OT: Rather than an angry tirade, why not just make a pleasantly helpful suggestion on how they can perform their job better.

Saying mean things: Unlikely. You might get a disorderly conduct charge if you act like that in front of a police officer and do not thereafter control yourself.

Throwing the soda on someone: Absolutely. This is assault under criminal statutes and battery under civil statutes. It may vary slightly from state to state on the lingo, but in any event its going to be both a criminal offense and a tort.

If you assault someone(ie throwing a liquid on them) while saying racial slurs they will charge it as a hate crime
