All I see is someone in denial and trying to justify their flaming. It takes multiple flames to get warned and since you got 2 accounts warned it is not a misunderstanding since you got plenty of feedback to not do it.

no the other flames were wrong too. I had one previous flame where I simply said

I also was flaming apparently when I said a G rated criticism of Justin Trudiou

after the rule changes, I built up a series of BS moderations of innocent things that were NKL. and then the mods pointed to that record to warn me. your logic is flawed when you try to say I had a history because that history doesn't stand under it's own weight. all it takes is a handful of BS moderations andn then the mods have the ammo they need to bring you down. it's like saying that someone is guilty just cause they got arrested. doesn't make sense and that's not how justice works. if you want to think I am melting down, if that makes your day, then go ahead. but my heart is at a resting rate

Zikten, you really need to just let it go. I know you think that's "letting your enemies win", but it's like a dude who self-harms to try and shame his bullies. If the bully doesn't give a shit, who is really the winner there?

that doesn't mean I am melting down. it just means I talk alot. so someone who calmly discusses a subject is melting down if they are long winded? many of those posts in my AMP are not even about this stuff. not all my posts are about the mods. just the other day I was in a long discusion about human migration and human evolution. and that built up my AMP alot.

if they don't give a shit they need to stop harrassing me even in topics where I am talking normally like in the human migration topic. 2 people came in the topic just to harass me and interrupt my conversation with someone about human history. there are people on CE who like to stalk me and tell me to shut the fuck up no matter WHAT I post.

The problem there is that you were using autism as part of an insult. You used your autism to say look how stupid you guys are, Im autistic and even Im smarter than you. Youre using autism in reference to intelligence, even if you didnt specifically mean to use it negatively. Because they cant verify whether youre actually autistic or not, that doesnt play a part in your decision. A different person with autism may see that and feel insulted and offended that autism is being used as a way of measuring intelligence.

it helps to understand one possibility that might have gone through the mod's head. but I still disagree because that means the mod is making a large assumption about what my motive and thinking was. what i posted was not meant to be taken as a dirty insult. it was more of a sarcastic comment. and it just annoys me that I get dirty direct insults all the time and nothing happens. but the one time I make any kind of snide comment at all without even having all that much malice in my heart, I am beaten down with a massive hammer. seriously that was not worth a warn. and I don't believe what i said counts a flaming. the flaming rule is massively misused on this site. and the mods don't understand the definition of it.

It would be best to not refer to autism at all when youre commenting on someones intelligence.

not when I am talking about my own. sorry but I don't see it the way you see it. I did nothing wrong. If I had said that I, the one poster who is in a wheelchair, did suchandsuch when nobody else did, I wouldn't have been modded.

Hey try disputing if you really think the mods are wrong. If they were really wrong they would have been overturned and not count towards a history to get you wrong. If you don't get them overturned you are just in denial.

If anything being on the spectrum doesn't really mean you're not intelligent. Someone can very well be autistic and be a genius... in fact, it's not really unusual.
