Burden of proof is a silly concept. In reality, everyone has the burden of proof, people just like to get out of putting effort toward and argument.

Isn't this basically circular reasoning? Where the speaker presumes the internal logic of their argument and then stacks further justification upon that conclusion?

Point out that each these conclusions are contingent upon other conclusions within the argument.
