I hope he didn't do it, but it's disgusting to see people asking the academy to revoke Oscars from people who are suspected sexual harrassers.
Wake UP! Those prizes were well deserved, they are excelect actors, regardless of whether they did something wrong or not. We are not celebrating their lifestyle, we are celebrating their amazing work. Learn to seperate the artist from his art. And he should attend the ceremony, regardless of his conduct. He is not there because of his conduct. He is there because of his contribution to film. The academy is not there to judge a person's behavior, there are institutions that already do that, they're called courts.

What??? I haven't been following any of this #metoo bullshit, or celebs life stuff in general, but if this is true it gives quite bit of power for women. Be innocent or not, but the doubts itself will stay long, if not forever for the accused people. Women can practically partially control the film industry or destroy whoever they want due to this shit.

If you get accused of being women beater or sexual harasser, it can leave stigma or leave some doubts about you for long time, and this can then for change prevent you from getting jobs on Disney films, or family friendly movies.

We should nominate women only for the Oscars. Have only female characters in everything movies

Also, you know, he fled the country and most people didn't really know him because he hadn't contributed anything to the film industry in 20-something years.
